Which? Money Helpline offers personalised guidance by phone. We explain things clearly and don't limit the calls you make or how long you spend talking to us. Other Which? subscriptions include the helpline, so call 029 2267 0000 to check if you already have access.

Monthly
You are charged monthly on a rolling basis. For example if you have paid £7.99 for your first month and you cancel, this will cancel all future payments.
Annual
You are charged annually on a rolling basis. For example if you have paid £79 for your first year and you cancel, this will cancel all future payments.
In either case, you are entitled to an initial 14 day cooling off period when you can request a refund - read more.
